California Certificate of Good Standing, or Certificate of Status, Services

If you need to order one or more Certificate of Status from the California Secretary of State's Sacramento office and get it as fast as possible,   we are the right service to handle your request!  Offered by Hollywood Notary Dot Net, a Los Angeles-based company, we are able to visit the Secretary of State's counter (often same-day) and place an order for your document,  in-person.  We can then ship your document securely to you, by Fed Ex Ground or Fed Ex Express.  

Pricing is as follows:

First Certificate of Good Standing in order:  $150
Additional Certificates of Good Standing in order:  $50

USPS Priority Mail shipping starts at $20, and Fed Ex Express shipping starts at $40.  Pricing depends on destination- please email us your shipping address for the documents, so that we may quote you an exact price for shipping.  All documents are being shipped directly from Sacramento.

All Certificates of Status bear the name of the Corporation or LLC in question, and bear the signature of the California Secretary of State, Alex Padilla.

We can obtain an Apostille for any Certificate of Status in your order, for an additional $62  per document.
