Here is how it works:
1. Call or text David Ransom directly, at (323)393-5822 to notify him of your order.
3. Email us all the details of the Company (or Companies) that you need the Certificate(s) for. Please provide your name and phone number, a shipping method (Fed Ex Ground or Fed Ex Express), and your shipping address.
3. We will send you a detailed, itemized Pay Pal Invoice, which will reflect the cost of all Certificates and shipping. The Pay Pal invoice will include a link, whereby you can pay by Credit or Debit Card immediately through Pay Pal. It will also accept Pay Pal payments.
Once we receive payment, our agent in Sacramento will drive over to the Secretary of State's office in Sacramento and will order your California Certificate of Good Standing in person, either the same day (if before 2PM) or the next business day of your order. We will then pick it up from their office when it is ready (usually the next business day). Next, we will text or email you a photograph of all Certificates after we pick them up. Next, we will ship it to you using the method of shipping you chose- USPS Priority Mail, or by Fed Ex.
Sacramento is the only Secretary of State's office in California that can and will issue the Certificate of Status (AKA Certificate of Good Standing). We work with our Partner Company located in Sacramento to provide this custom service to you.
